- Doug and I were married on April 25th 2003. We have to AMAZING kiddies. Garrett is 4 and London is 18 months. Doug is working very hard in his career as a Surgical First Assistant, and I am very blessed to be able to stay home and play housewife and mommy. I've heard their story before, but it is no less emotional and no less inspiring no matter how many times I hear it. Thanks I needed that! I was having a bad case of the "why-me's". I'm better now.
